Publication Frequency
WriteUp communicates Suncoast Chapter and Society news six times per year to benefit the members and friends of the chapter and the Society for Technical Communication (STC). Usual publication times are Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, May/Jun, Jul/Aug, Sept/Oct, and Nov/Dec.

Submissions
Examples of articles needed are meeting reviews, feature articles, and software/book reviews (300-800 words). Articles must be submitted as a Word file attached to an email. All submissions are subject to editing or rejection. Deadline for submission is the 15th of the month before the newsletter's release date. Copyright for the article is held by the writer. Note: By submitting an article, you give this newsletter and any other STC publications full permission to print or reprint the article. Please let the editor know if your article has run elsewhere and if it has been submitted for consideration to other publications.

Reprints
Permission is not needed to reprint any article from WriteUp as long as the author and the newsletter are given credit. Please send a copy of the credited piece to the editor.

Advertising
WriteUp accepts advertising. The rate per issue is $25 (business card size), $40 (1/4 page), $65 (1/2 page), and $80 (full page). For details on submission, please contact the editor.
